Suspended solids are captured by the bag filter! The treated water is neutralized and then released as fluorine-treated terrace.

At Kurose Co., Ltd., we were processing with simple equipment but were considering a more environmentally friendly treatment method. Therefore, we installed this equipment, which has an additional fluorine treatment terrace to reduce fluorine levels below regulatory limits. After installation, the levels of fluorine and its compounds were 0.5 mg/L, BOD was 21 mg/L, and nitrogen content was 25.1 mg/L. The sludge removal from the bag filter is now done about once a month, and the replacement of the terrace is done about once every six months, reducing the operational burden. How to use α-Gaia
